Leaders in the Arena is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage all the strategy and daily activities related to running a healthcare nurse staffing company.
As our Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the organizational process and improve productivity, efficiencies, and culture. The ideal person will have high level experience with finance, IT management, human resources, and be able to develop strong relationships with clients as well as internal employees.

This is a remote-based position from Massachusetts. Expected travel is 30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams in a fast-paced working environment in the healthcare staffing industry
- Focus on KPI’s and reporting
- Oversee budgeting, planning and reporting
- Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities
- Create short- and long-term company goals
- Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Implement and maintain processes to create efficiency
- Ensure safety and compliance trainings are completed on time and according to state/federal healthcare regulations for all field staff.
- Manages coaching and performance reviews
- Implement action plans to help drive client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business or related degree
- Three or more years of experience in operations at a healthcare company
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing industry
- A strong work ethic and collaborator with a growth mindset
- Detailed orientated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation
· $85,000 per year plus bonus potential
