The Digital Marketing Coordinator role will support the marketing department with ongoing campaigns, designs, and projects. They will help collect audience feedback, uphold the company’s brand images in all design materials, and conduct market research to understand the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, production, and distribution of collateral to support marketing and sales programs for various audiences
- Design for flyers, brochures, social media, infographics, etc.
- Update website information
- Meeting deadline requirements and expectations of marketing team in all deliverables
- Provide direction, momentum, and support for sales growth through all sales channels
- Ensures consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, websites and events
- Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results
- Provide ongoing reporting on key metrics using various tools like CRM, Marketing Automation, Account Based Marketing, etc.
- Work closely with digital marketing, graphic design and product development teams to create and deliver compelling email communications for various audiences.
- Create newsletters, webinars, product surveys, sales promotions, announcements, etc.
- Lead nurture campaign design

Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge in video editing software
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and (CMS) platforms
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Research and analytical skills
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
- Knowledge of tech stack (Google G Suite, Slack, Podio, 15Five, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging
